- Outstanding communication skills

- Proficient computer skills
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Expedite and balance third party phone asset recovery accounts
- Provide guidance and assistance for customers to provide solution within client requirements
- Use skip tracing tools to locate relevant customer information
- Communicate effectively with diverse customers, staff, and management
