"I had called Capital Management Services for the very first time back on 14 May 09 and (agent) just happened to pick up to my phone call that day, so I decided to write today to let you know of the experience I had. What a wonderful person you have working for you.

For almost a whole month I was reluctant on making that call, mainly because in the past when a collection agency has called people I've known . They are rude, abrupt, demanding and then usually want a huge lump sum of money all at once. So never the less I didnt want to deal with all that! But immediately (agent) put me at ease, dilligently worked with me and they even had me laughing as we hung up the phone with one another - I'll never forget it.
